While we make every effort to verify dates, times, and locations, event details are subject to change, cancellation, or postponement without notice by the respective venue or promoter. Always verify event details with the official venue website or ticket vendor before traveling.

3. Event & Artist Submissions

By submitting event or artist information to AK Concerts, you represent that the information is accurate and that you possess the right to distribute the submitted text, imagery, and promotional content. We reserve the right to edit, decline, or remove any submission at our sole discretion.

4. Open Data & Non-Commercial Use

Public datasets provided on AK Concerts (e.g. RSS, iCal feeds, GeoJSON, CSV) are provided for personal and community use. Any automated scraping or reproduction for commercial reselling without prior written permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

AK Concerts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on event schedules, cancellation of performances, or travel expenses incurred.
